We are looking for experienced boat builders and fiberglass laminators to join our team!

The laminator is responsible for the lamination of fiberglass material. This position involves, but is not limited to: sanding, grinding, structural glassing, flat table preparation and layout, fiberglassing and fitting of parts and components.

Processes and methods used are principally closed molding, with occasional open molding.

The Composite Fabricator will work independently and with other team members and report directly to the FRP Fabrication Lead.
