5-Axis Machining of a Putty Pattern

5-axis machining of a putty pattern for the manufacture of a high temp epoxy infused mold. This is one half of a symmetrical pattern. The two halves will be permanently joined together, the seam faired out, dry stacked and infused with a 300°F capable epoxy resin. A high temp rigid back structure will be applied and when complete, the tool will be capable of potentially thousands of part pulls (with proper care).
